Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counsel up to termination as needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement and ensure store staffing.
• Open and close the store as required, with supervision.
• Monitor sales, inventory and expenses to identify trends and opportunities.
