Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations regularly; coordinate meetings and events.
• Ensure store is appropriately staffed and opened/closed as per schedule.
