Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, customer service, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement creative plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory mix.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs.
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience by maintaining high service standards.
