Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates and act as a mentor and role model.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; input on succession planning to meet future needs.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
