Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales targets, managing expenses, and overseeing operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving).
• Recruit and develop Associates; provide training and ongoing coaching as a mentor and role model.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
