Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.

• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and develop top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment for Associates and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives while supporting succession planning.
