Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Training programs are provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to store staff.
