Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community focused on your success.

You will manage a single store, including hiring and directing staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. We provide 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a store leadership training program designed to develop management skills and readiness.
