Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team members; participate in mentorship and the leadership training program.
• Prepare for success with 8+ weeks of store leadership training and onboarding.
