Job summary

Panda Express is looking for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentoring, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will oversee a single store's operations, including hiring and directing staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Participate in the 8+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
