Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee all aspects of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As part of our development path, you will participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and receive mentorship from the Panda community to support your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Make the store a success through effective leadership and execution.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship.
