• Flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, directing associates to achieve financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train and supervise store staff to meet performance goals.
• Lead opening and closing duties, scheduling, and shift coverage to support business needs.
• Uphold food safety and brand standards with Serve Safe certification.
