Stanton Optical is seeking a Store Manager to lead talent acquisition and development, partner with Clinical services, and drive outstanding customer experiences in a fast-growing retail optical setting.

With a focus on leadership, HR collaboration, and performance analytics, you will ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while upholding brand standards and delivering high-quality eyewear to patients.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willingness to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and training new team members.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Oversee in-lab operations, ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
