Job summary

Driver's Edge Auto Repair in Prosper, TX seeks a Manager-on-Deck to lead store operations, drive guest services, and support leadership development. This role focuses on achieving sales and profitability while managing day-to-day tasks and staff.

The MOD will oversee staffing, training, policy adherence, and performance coaching, aiming to elevate service quality and store results in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience coaching team members and effective communication.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit goals.
• Possess valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Sets expectations and communicates goals and training to employees.
• Recruits, interviews and hires staff as needed.
• Analyzes business trends and implements plans to maximize sales and meet targets.
• Maintains financial controls and closes daily procedures.
• Oversees guest services and profitability to ensure store performance.
