Driver's Edge Auto Repair in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manager-on-Deck to lead daily operations, guest services, and store performance. This role offers hands-on automotive service management experience and a clear path to leadership within Sun Auto Tire & Service.

The position pays $60,000 to $80,000 per year with benefits including insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience coaching and leading team members to success.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Valid driver’s license required; 18+ years old.
• State Inspector license (current or obtainable within 30 days).
• Ability to work five days including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sets expectations and communicates with employees on responsibilities, goals and customer service.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires as needed in partnership with HR.
• Conducts performance evaluations at regular intervals.
• Analyze trends and implement plans to maximize sales and profits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
