Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a motivated Manager-on-Deck to oversee store performance, guest services, and profitability in a fast-paced automotive environment. This MOD role provides hands-on leadership and a clear path to broader management opportunities within our company.

Responsibilities include leading people, managing financials, and maintaining store standards while driving sales. Candidates should have 2+ years in automotive management, a valid driver's license, and readiness for

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management or equivalent automotive industry experience.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual store goals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain State Inspector license within 30 days of hire.
• Willing to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sets expectations and communicates regularly with employees on responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Maintains store policies, conducts regular meetings and audits in partnership with HR.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires new staff as business dictates.
• Analyzes sales and expenses to maximize store profitability and meet targets.
