Qualifications

• Two or more years of management or equivalent automotive industry experience.
• Experience coaching teams to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Valid driver's license required and the ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Set expectations and coach employees on responsibilities and goals.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff with HR partnership.
• Conduct performance evaluations for all employees and monitor progress.
