Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager in Nashville, TN to oversee store operations and team performance. The role focuses on profitability, inventory control, recruitment, and delivering a superior guest experience.

You will train and develop staff, manage P&L, analyze sales trends, and drive additional revenue opportunities while maintaining labor controls. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience required.

Job description

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month
• Availability to be on call 24/7

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
