Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager for our Millington, TN location. You will lead the store team, drive profitability, oversee inventory, and ensure a superior guest experience.

The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends, with the ability to work 50+ hours per week and be on call as needed. You will recruit, hire, train, and develop staff while managing P&L and operations to achieve growth.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.
• Flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays; 50+ hours per week incl. one weekend per month.
• Availability to be on call 24/7.

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
