Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to Lead the store team and oversee all store operations onsite in Gallatin, TN. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit and hire talent, and provide a superior guest experience.

The role requires flexibility in hours including evenings and weekends, with a focus on coaching, P&L oversight, and building a process-driven environment to meet guest demand and business goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license and MVR.

• Create a culture of people-first, superior guest service
• Set clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement
• Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience while maintaining labor controls
