Job summary

Kiehl’s, part of L’Oréal Luxe, is seeking a dedicated Keyholder in the Washington, DC area. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, build customer relationships, and ensure brand presentation. This role emphasizes service, teamwork, and adherence to store procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work 2 weekend shifts per month. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Delivers best-in-class experience to customers
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence
• Leader in productivity
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform open and close procedures for the store
• Provide training to new store employees
• Effectively execute visual directives and selling tools
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
