Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Store Manager to assist the District Manager in meeting store and individual sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-presented store environment.

You will lead by example, train new staff, enforce policies, and ensure timely opens/closes. This role requires retail or cosmetic experience and availability for weekend shifts; 18+ and US work authorization are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offer for this role
