Qualifications

• Experience in retail and cosmetic environments preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist district manager in achieving store sales goals.
• Provide superior customer service and build relationships.
• Execute plans to achieve goals and maintain brand image.
• Perform open and close procedures.
• Train new store employees.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with directives.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
