Job summary

Kiehl’s, part of L’Oréal, seeks a Keyholder to support Store Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage daily store operations, uphold brand standards, and train new staff while maintaining an engaging, neat shopping environment in a fast-paced beauty retail setting.

The position requires 18+, US work authorization, and a willingness to work closing shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset helpful.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• US work authorization required; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers best in class experience to customers.
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence.
• Leader in productivity.
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Perform open and close procedures for the store.
• Provide training to new store employees.
• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
