Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 Glendale is seeking a Keyholder to join our store leadership team. You will assist the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor and in operations.

You’ll lead by example, train new team members, and contribute to long-term store strategies while a flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis (no immigration sponsorship).
• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Drive store success by supporting sales goals and executing short- and long-term business strategies.
• Manage operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining brand image and a neat environment.
• Develop talent by training and onboarding new team members and sharing product knowledge.
