Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced store leaders to join our store management team in Panama City Beach, FL. You will oversee all store operations, hire and coach associates, drive toward financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. The role includes a 12+ week leadership training program, culminating in GM certification and future promotion opportunities within Panda's

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive financial results.
• Hire, manage and develop store associates.
