Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

It’s up to you to make your store a success. External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store and ensure guest experiences meet standards.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Drive performance and lead the team to deliver results.
• Lead training and development path toward General Manager within Panda’s structure.
