Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences to drive financial success.

We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM development path toward future advancement, with ongoing mentorship and a strong Panda community ethos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers to develop toward General Manager while receiving onboarding and training.
