Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin a leadership journey as Store Managers, with a clear path toward General Manager. We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM certification (GO100) to prepare you for future advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as a Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. This role is designed to prepare you for success as a future General Manager while providing a strong foundation in Panda's operations, culture, and leadership expectations.
• Don’t worry! We will provide 12 or more weeks of store leadership training program and, after training and graduation of a GM certification course (GO100), you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager.
