Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training as part of our GM development path, with ongoing development toward General Manager and a strong support system from our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Hire, train, and direct staff; manage day-to-day store activities.
• Support progression toward General Manager through our leadership development path.
