Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, supervising, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as a Store Manager as part of our General Manager development path. After training and GO100 certification, you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager, with ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Lead and direct staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive workplace culture.
• Participate in Panda's General Manager development path and leadership expectations.
• Complete 12+ weeks of store leadership training and GO100 GM certification to qualify for GM promotion.
