Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will own the operation of a single Panda store, hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of a General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and potential promotion after GM certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Own the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead store teams, drive performance, and ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development path with training and GM progression after certification.
