Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and direct associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role is designed to prepare you for success as a future General Manager while providing a strong foundation in Panda's operations and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals.
• Participate in leadership training and development to progress toward GM.
