Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced store leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals.

This role is the first step on our General Manager development path. New hires participate in 12+ weeks of leadership training, complete a GM certification course, and can advance to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and drive financial results.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver guest experiences.
• Complete leadership training and progress toward General Manager role.
