Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing employees to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers and follow a General Manager development path with 12+ weeks of training. Promotion to GM after program completion is possible, along with a rich package of benefits and growth

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as a Store Manager as part of our General Manager development path. This role is designed to prepare you for success as a future General Manager while providing a strong foundation in Panda's operations, culture, and leadership expectations.
Don’t worry! 12 or more weeks of store leadership training program are provided; after training and GM certification (GO100), you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager.
