Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join the store management team. You will oversee all store operations, hire and manage staff, and drive financial and guest-experience goals.

External hires begin as Store Managers on a General Manager development path with 12+ weeks of leadership training and the GM GO100 certification, preparing you for future growth within Panda. Full benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop staff; ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in Panda's General Manager development path and complete training and evaluations through the GM certification GO100.
