Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires start as Store Managers on a path to General Manager, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM certification track, designed to build core Panda operations and culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Strive to ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Lead through Panda's leadership program with training to prepare for future General Manager responsibilities.
