Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Minnesota. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with a focus on development within Panda’s community and support system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee delivery of exceptional guest experiences and lead the store team to success.
• Participate in Panda leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for the role.
