Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Minnesota. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial and guest-experience goals.

The company provides an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success. We value flexibility to relocate within 50 miles and a schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in Panda’s 8+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Ensure store performance aligns with company standards and guest satisfaction goals.
