Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support store leadership with hiring, training, and daily operations.
