Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location in Minnesota. You will hire, manage, and direct team members to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program is provided to develop your store leadership capabilities and drive success in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive store performance and guest satisfaction to meet financial targets.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
