Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Minnesota to lead a single location, hire and supervise team members, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced service environment.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and receive ongoing mentorship from our Panda community to support your professional growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda location.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship during the 8+ week program.
• Ensure high-quality service and safety standards.
