Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Minnesota. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training and mentorship from our Panda community. The role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and a Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
