Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead and support the store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
