Job summary

Panda Express in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single-store operation and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will complete an 8+ week leadership training program with mentorship from our Panda community to support your success.

Flexibility is required for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the possibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius if needed. Join a team that prioritizes growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial results and ensure exceptional guest experiences at the store level.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for successful store leadership.
