Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and employee performance.
• Hire, supervise and direct staff to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead 8+ weeks of leadership training program for incoming store leadership.
