Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Yuma, AZ. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-service standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship as part of our Store Management Leadership Training program.
• Participate in ongoing career and leadership development with the goal of advancing to General Manager after training and certification.
