Panda Express in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to run a single Panda Express location, responsible for hiring, coaching and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will undergo a structured leadership training program over 12+ weeks, with progression toward a GM role after GO100 certification, and access to benefits and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to store team and contribute to a positive Panda culture.
• Participate in the 12+ week leadership training program and GM development path.
• Progression to General Manager after GM certification GO100 and evaluations.
