Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path.
We provide 12+ weeks of store leadership training, and after completing evaluations and a GM certification course, you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager.
