Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in Prescott, AZ. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role trains you for future General Manager development as part of Panda's leadership pathway. We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training, ongoing career development, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership training and GM development pathway participation."

• Lead the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals through strong leadership and execution.
• Complete leadership training and progress toward General Manager development path.
